TOPPING UP YOUR TITANIUM CASHPLUS ACCOUNT

You can top-up your Titanium cashplus account for FREE:

  • At any Money Shop store
  • By getting your wages* paid into your Titanium cashplus account.
  • At any Post Office® branch

You can top-up your account with cash. Just hand over your Titanium cashplus prepaid MasterCard® and the money you want to top-up into your account. It’s that simple and your top-up will usually be completed within minutes.

You can top-up your Titanium cashplus account with any amount between a minimum of £10 and a maximum of £5,000 per day, up to a maximum account balance of £5,000 at any one time, subject to provision of satisfactory identification. See Terms and Conditions.

Remember to ask for a receipt of the transaction which you should keep for your records

By getting your wages* paid into your Titanium cashplus account

Simply fill in our wages payment form and hand it to your employer to process. The form provides full details about what you need to do, and it should take you just a few minutes to complete.

At any Post Office® branch

Here you can top-up your account with cash. As at Money Shop stores, just hand over your Titanium cashplus card and pay the amount you want to top-up into your account. You can top-up your account between a minimum amount of £10 up to a maximum of £999 per transaction, and a maximum account balance of £5,000 at any one time, subject to provision of satisfactory identification, see terms and conditions.

Remember to ask for a receipt of the transaction which you should keep for your records. The money you top-up into your Titanium cashplus account at the Post Office® will usually be available for you to spend after two business days†*. The funds may be available for you to spend before this. If the primary cardholder provided their mobile phone number when they purchased the Titanium cashplus card, we will notify them by text message when the funds are available. †*Please note that top-ups made on a Friday or Saturday will usually be applied to your account on the following Tuesday
