Top up your Titanium cashplus account from your bank account*

It's a good idea to top up your Titanium cashplus account using your bank account because:

• It's a FREE service
• You can top up anytime that you have access to your bank account (24 hours a day, seven days a week with online banking)
• Your money should reach your card account the same day if we receive it before 3:30pm from a bank with a Faster Payments Service
• We'll text you when your funds are available

What's more, your friends and family can send you money - they don't need your card, just the card number and the account details (below). It's great for gifts and it's a free service.

How to top up your Titanium Cashplus account using online banking, over the phone or at your bank branch

To top up your account online, just follow these three easy steps:

1. Log onto your internet banking account in the usual way

2. Set up a payment (if you don't know how to do this, it's best to contact your bank). Just enter the following details:
   • Payee name: (Titanium Cashplus cardholder's first and last name)
   • Sort code: 08-71-99
   • Account number: (Use your unique 8 digit Cashplus Account Number, which you'll find on the 'Account details' screen in the Members' Area)

   EXCEPTION: If you bank with Santander and have a Sort Code starting with "09" you may experience processing issues when setting up a bank transfer to your account using these details. Please contact Cashplus Customer Services for an alternative solution.

3. The amount you want to transfer

   Please note, the account and sort code details can only be used for putting money into your account, not for making payments.
   
   To top up your Titanium Cashplus account at your bank branch or over the phone, you'll need the details shown above.

4. Before you transfer funds from a bank account, ensure that you have an account with Total Access. If we have not been able to fully verify your name and address, you will need to upgrade your account before you can top up your card through a bank account.

That's it! The money should appear in your Titanium Cashplus account the same day or the following day, depending on what time we receive the money.
