It's a good idea to top up your Titanium cashplus account using your bank account because:

• It's a FREE service
• You can top up anytime that you have access to your bank account (24 hours a day, seven days a week with online banking)
• Your money should reach your card account in one to two working days
• We?ll text you when your funds are available

What's more, your friends and family can send you money - they don't need your card, just the card number and the account details (below). It?s great for gifts and it?s a free service.

How to top up your Titanium cashplus account using online banking, over the phone or at your bank branch

To top up your account online, just follow these three easy steps:

1. Log onto your internet banking account in the usual way

2. Set up a payment (if you don't know how to do this, it's best to contact your bank). Just enter the following details:
   • Reference: make sure that you use the 16 digit number from the front of your card (please do not include spaces)
   • Payee name: APS Customer PYMT AC
   • Account number: 10230643
   • Sort code: 15-20-25
   • The amount you want to transfer

   Please note, the account and sort code details can only be used for putting money into your account, not for making payments.

   To top up your cashplus account at your bank branch or over the phone, you'll need the details shown above.

3. Before you transfer funds from a bank account, ensure that you have an account with ?Total Access?. If we haven?t been able to fully verify your name and address, you?ll need to upgrade your account before you can top up your card through a bank account.

That's it! The money should appear in your cashplus account within one to two working days.
