You're in full control of when the funds leave your bank account and you can ensure you know when your money is available in your Titanium Cashplus account. First you'll need to set up a standing order mandate through your bank. This is very easy, whether you do it online or in your bank branch.

Online

If you have an online bank account you should be able to set up a standing order now. Simply input the following details:

  1. Payee name: Please enter the first name and last name of the cardholder

  2. Sort code: 08-71-99

  3. Account number: (You can find your unique 8 digit Account Number on the 'Account Details' screen in the Members' Area)

  4. The amount you want to transfer

    EXCEPTION: If you bank with Santander and have a Sort Code starting with "09" you may experience processing issues when setting up a bank transfer to your account using these details. Please contact Cashplus Customer Services for an alternative solution.

It's vital that you use your Titanium Cashplus Account Number and Sort Code, otherwise your money will take longer to arrive into your Titanium Cashplus account.

At your bank branch or over the phone*

If you don't bank online, you can click here to print off our standing order form. Simply complete this form and take it to your bank. Or call your bank and give them the above details.
